Return & Refund Policy

At Nitrox Gloves, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If for any
reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items according to
the policy below.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 28 days of receiving their order. Items returned after
this period may not be eligible for a full refund.
During special holiday seasons, extended return periods may apply. Any such updates will be
clearly communicated on our website.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, labels, and tags must remain attached.
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a full refund. If labels or tags are
missing, a small restocking deduction may apply.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item has been handled in a way that
reduces its resale value beyond normal inspection.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Products that have been damaged after delivery

How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number.
  2. Securely package the item, preferably using the original packaging.
  3. Send the package using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items arrive safely at our returns department.

International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We
recommend using a registered or tracked shipping method, as Nitrox Gloves cannot be
responsible for packages lost during return transit.
Any customs duties or taxes applied during the return process may be deducted from the final
refund if charged to us.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item is
received.
Original shipping charges and express delivery upgrades are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48
hours of delivery
with photos of the item. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement
or refund
where appropriate.

Exchanges

At this time, Nitrox Gloves does not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size,
color, or style,
please place a new order and return the original item following our return policy.
